LAPORAN PENILAIAN KINERJA PEGAWAI PERIODE II-2017 (JULI – DESEMBER)

Penilaian kinerja bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pelaksanaan pekerjaan seorang pegawai terhadap program kerja yang telah dirancang/disusun sebelumnya, baik dalam wujud program rutin, non rutin, maupun inovasi.
Penilaian kinerja terdiri atas 3 (tiga) tolak ukur, yakni Capaian Kerja, Penilaian Pimpinan, dan Presensi Kehadiran tiap bulannya. Berikut ulasan selengkapnya.
1. Capaian Kerja
Pengukuran capaian kerja mencakup penilaian indikator keberhasilan yang tertuang dalam Program Kerja.
Tingkat capaian kerja didasarkan pada target dan realisasi dengan satuan pengukuran dalam bentuk prosentase yang dihitung dengan rumus,
Rumus tingkat capaian = (Persentase Pencapaian dibagi Rencana) x 100%
Semakin tinggi realisasi menggambarkan pencapaian semakin baik.
Secara overall capaian kerja individu Sangat Baik dengan tingkat capaian rata-rata 92%.
2. Penilaian Pimpinan
Penilaian pimpinan terhadap bawahan mengacu pada 8 (delapan) indikator, yakni (1) Prakarsa dan kreatifitas, (2) Ketelitian, ketepatan, dan kerajinan, (3) Mutu/hasil pekerjaan, (4) Komunikasi dan interaksi dengan sejawat dan pimpinan, (5) Kedisiplinan, kepahaman, dan kepatuhan mengikuti pedoman kerja, (6) Motivasi berprestasi, (7) Keaktifan dalam kegiatan kampus, dan (8) Ketaatan dan keaktifan berMuhammadiyah, dengan skala nilai 0 – 5.
Ada sebanyak 7 (tujuh) orang pegawai masuk kategori “Cukup”. 14 orang kategori “Sangat Baik”, dan sisanya didominasi kategori “Baik”.
3. Presensi Kehadiran
Dalam kurun waktu 6 (enam) bulan kehadiran seluruh pegawai baik pegawai tetap (jumlah: 99 orang), tidak tetap (6 orang), dan tenaga kontrak/calon pegawai (16 orang) dapat dirinci sebagai berikut,
a. Pegawai Tetap (penuh waktu)
Prosentase tertinggi = 97,95%
Prosentase terendah = 48,00%
Prosentase rata-rata = 81,47%
b. Pegawai Tidak Tetap (paruh waktu)
Prosentase tertinggi = 96,46%
Prosentase terendah = 12,98%
Prosentase rata-rata = 53,25%
c. Tenaga Kontrak/Calon Pegawai (penuh waktu)
Prosentase tertinggi = 92,85%
Prosentase terendah = 56,56%
Prosentase rata-rata = 79,59%
